Given Dotin’s work and the high volume of internal interactions and meetings, the workplace was designed around flexibility, effective communication, and varied settings for conversation and collaboration. Small Meeting rooms, acoustic furniture in shared areas, mobile conference tables, curved upholstered furniture, and planting create a practical, softer, and more welcoming environment.
Request: Create a space suited to frequent internal meetings and everyday staff interaction, with varied settings for brief meetings, receiving guests, and both formal and informal communication.
Challenge: Design spaces for different uses without restricting the workplace to a fixed layout, while preserving a sense of warmth and connection between employees.
Result: Small Meeting rooms, acoustic furniture in open areas, mobile conference tables, upholstered furniture, and plants create a flexible, practical, and friendly workplace that supports varied uses and easier interaction.
