Titan office project interior, image 18

Titan

The Titan project took shape in a building with a history spanning several decades and an original industrial use. Once used as a silo, it was transformed through redesign into a contemporary office space. Expo Architecture Group designed the interior, while parts of the ceiling, floor, and walls were refurbished while retaining the building’s raw industrial character.

Request: To equip and divide an industrial space with a distinctive height and geometry, transforming it into an orderly office environment aligned with the building’s architectural identity.
Challenge: The high ceilings, mezzanines, and numerous openings, together with the need to preserve the industrial identity and integrate building services with the furniture, required precise construction detailing.
Result: Frameless partitions, glass elements, durable profiles, and purpose-designed fan-coil covers created an orderly, transparent, and contemporary space that meets office needs while preserving the building’s distinctive industrial character.
