The tops and body are made from 16mm thick laminated MDF, with the laminate design selected by the client. The edges are covered with 1 or 2mm thick PVC strips. All cutting, edge banding, and machining processes are carried out using advanced, fully automated machinery to ensure the highest product quality.

The structure frame is made of high-quality, durable aluminum. The profiles of this frame are produced through an extrusion process using standard 6063 alloy billets.

Internal connections at the junctions of vertical and horizontal profiles are made using special steel plates and precise machining, with strong steel Allen bolts. The sophistication of these hidden connections results from precise engineering and high-quality assembly, ensuring the strength and durability of the frame structure.

The frame coating can be anodized or powder-coated, depending on the selection. Anodizing provides high corrosion resistance, giving the product a shiny and uniform appearance. On the other hand, powder coating offers a wide range of colors and textures, creating a durable, uniform surface.

The unit’s footrest is designed with an aluminum frame to increase product durability and prevent moisture penetration during floor cleaning, as well as damage from shifting. The frame coating can be anodized or powder-coated as per the client’s choice, and the base is equipped with durable ABS feet to prevent floor scratches.

Through-hole drilling is performed on the unit’s vertical bodies with 32mm spacing, allowing the user to adjust shelf height as desired using steel pins, offering greater flexibility for organizing the unit’s interior.

The door handles can be provided as surface-mounted or hidden designs, based on the client’s selection. The handles are made of aluminum and are available with anodized or powder-coated finishes. In the hidden handle model, a silicone bumper strip is used, creating a finer detail and preventing door collision noise.

If the product is selected without handles, the doors open with spring openers, and when closed, the spring activates to fully close the door with a gentle push.

The cabinet door hinges are soft-closing and designed with a 95-degree opening angle. These hinges are made of high-quality stainless steel to ensure long-lasting durability, corrosion resistance, and silent operation over time.

The door lock is available as either mechanical or digital. The exclusive Farazin digital lock comes with an RFID card, allowing for various security access settings. It features a low battery warning display, ensuring security and peace of mind. In emergency situations, the mechanical key or rapid charging via a Type-C port can be used for opening and closing the doors.

Farazin products are packaged in secure custom boxes to protect them from damage during transportation. Inside the packaging, all required parts and hardware for installation are included, along with an assembly manual, so the user can easily set up the product without the need for specialized tools or expertise. This packaging method not only guarantees the product’s safety but also makes the relocation and setup process much easier for the consumer.
