The bodies and panels are made from 16mm thick laminated MDF, with the laminate design chosen by the client. The edges are covered with PVC strips of 1 or 2mm thickness. All cutting, edging, and machining processes are carried out by advanced, fully automatic machinery to ensure the highest quality of the final product.

The unit’s base frame is designed with aluminum framing to enhance product durability and prevent moisture ingress during floor cleaning, as well as damage from moving. The frame’s coating can be provided in either anodized or powder-coated finishes according to the client’s preference. ABS legs are used beneath the frame to prevent scratches on the floor.

Vertical units have universal drilling with a 32mm pitch, enabling users to adjust the height of the shelves using steel pins, offering greater flexibility in organizing the interior space of the unit.

The glass doors with aluminum frames feature a sleek appearance and are coated with either anodized or powder-coated finish. The glass panels are tempered glass with a thickness of 4mm. These doors can be selected in clear, smoked, colored (with the option to convert to a magnetic board), or satin finishes. A silicone bumper strip is placed at the point where the door meets the unit to prevent any impact noise.

The doors open using spring-loaded openers, and when closed, the spring mechanism ensures a full closure with a simple push.

The cabinet door hinges are of the soft-closing type and designed with a 95-degree opening angle. These hinges are made of high-quality stainless steel to ensure long-lasting durability, corrosion resistance, and silent operation over time.

The door handles can be selected in external or hidden designs, as per the client’s choice. The handles are made from aluminum and finished with either anodized or powder-coated coatings. In the hidden handle model, a silicone bumper is incorporated, not only providing a sleeker detail but also preventing door impact noise.

The door lock can be provided either as mechanical or digital. The custom digital lock from Farazin is equipped with an RFID card and can define various security access options. It also includes a battery warning display to ensure higher security and peace of mind. In emergency situations, the lock can be opened using a mechanical key or by rapid charging through a Type-C port.

Farazin products are shipped with specialized and secure packaging in cartons to protect against damage during transportation. Inside the packaging, all the necessary components and hardware for installation, along with assembly instructions, are included. This allows users to easily install and prepare the product for use without the need for specialized tools or expertise. This packaging method not only guarantees the safety of the product but also makes the handling and setup process much easier for the consumer.
