The structure of the desk is made from high-quality and durable aluminum. The profiles of this structure are produced through the extrusion process from standard 6063 aluminum alloy billets.
The internal connections at the junctions of vertical and horizontal profiles are made using special steel plates, precise machining, and robust steel Allen screws. The finesse of these hidden connections results from precise engineering and the high quality of the assembly process, ensuring the strength and durability of the frame structure.
The frame coating can be anodized or powder-coated according to the customer’s choice. Anodizing provides high resistance to corrosion and gives the product a glossy, uniform appearance. On the other hand, powder coating offers a wide variety of color options and textures, creating a resistant, uniform, and durable surface.
By utilizing Farazin’s proprietary solutions for cable management, the option to hide cables in all desk models is available. Each model features a dedicated cable management system that easily solves the common issue of cable clutter in office environments.
The desk’s panels and body are made of 16mm thick laminated MDF, with the laminate design determined based on the customer’s choice. The edges are covered with 1 or 2mm thick PVC strips. All cutting, edging, and machining processes are performed using advanced, fully automated machinery to ensure the highest quality of the final product.
The desk surface can be made of 10mm thick tempered glass. The edges of the glass are diamond-cut and polished, and it comes with an oven-baked paint finish and a protective film underneath. The glass is available in two types: clear and polished or satin-textured, with a wide range of colors available for selection by the customer.
The desk surface can also be provided with a veneer (natural wood) finish, and special product coloring is available based on the customer’s preference.
Farazin products are shipped in custom-designed and secure packaging to protect them from any damage during transportation. Inside the packaging, all the necessary parts and hardware for installation, along with the assembly instructions, are provided, allowing the user to easily assemble and prepare the product for use without the need for any specialized tools or expertise. This packaging method not only ensures the safety of the product but also makes the transportation and setup process much easier for the customer.
