The panels and body are made of 16mm thick laminated MDF, with the laminate design chosen according to the customer’s preference. The edges are covered with PVC strips of 1 or 2mm thickness. All cutting, edging, and machining processes are performed by advanced, fully automated machinery to ensure the highest quality of the final product.

The unit’s base is designed with an aluminum frame to enhance the product’s durability and prevent moisture infiltration during floor cleaning and damage caused by movement. The frame’s coating can be anodized or powder-coated, based on the customer’s choice. Below the frame, durable ABS feet are used to prevent scratches on the floor.

The display screen’s protective glass is made from 6mm thick tempered glass. The glass edges are diamond-polished and shiny, coated with kiln paint, and have a protective film under the glass. The glass is available in a variety of colors, with the color choice based on the customer’s preference.

USB, HDMI, and other connection ports are provided according to the customer’s needs, and a three-pin power output is integrated into the unit for easy connection to the display and other equipment.

This product is offered without a display, allowing the customer to select the desired screen and integrate it into the unit. This provides full freedom in choosing the size and type of display, ensuring compatibility with the needs of any workspace.

Universal drilling is performed on the unit’s vertical panels at 32mm intervals, allowing the user to adjust the shelf height with steel pins for more flexibility in organizing the unit’s interior.

The door handles can be provided as surface-mounted or hidden designs, according to the customer’s choice. The handles are made from aluminum and are available with anodized or powder-coated finishes. In the hidden handle model, a silicone bumper strip is used, which not only provides a finer detail but also prevents noise from door impact.

If the product is selected without handles, the doors open with spring-operated openers, and when closed, the spring mechanism is activated by hand pressure to ensure the door is fully shut.

The cabinet door hinges are soft-closing type and are designed to open at a 95-degree angle. These hinges are made from high-quality steel to ensure long-lasting durability, corrosion resistance, and silent operation over time.

The door lock can be provided as mechanical or digital. The custom digital lock is equipped with an RFID card and supports diverse security access definitions. It also features a battery low warning display, ensuring greater security and reliability. In emergency situations, a mechanical key or rapid charging via the Type-C port is available to open or close the doors.

Farazin products are securely packaged in custom-designed boxes to protect them from damage during transportation. Inside the packaging, all parts and hardware required for assembly are included along with an assembly manual, so the user can easily install and prepare the product for use without the need for specialized tools or expertise. This packaging method ensures the safety of the product and makes the handling and setup process much easier for the customer.
