The panels and body are made of 16mm thick laminated MDF, with the laminate design selected by the client. The edges are also covered with 1 or 2mm thick PVC strips. All cutting, edging, and machining processes are carried out by advanced, fully automated machinery to ensure the highest quality of the final product.
The base frame of the unit is designed in aluminum to increase the durability of the product and prevent moisture infiltration during floor cleaning and damage caused by movement. The frame coating can be anodized or powder-coated, based on the client’s choice, and resistant ABS feet are used under the frame to prevent scratches on the floor.
A 16mm thick PVC sheet is used under the planter section, which is resistant to moisture and water. Additionally, complete sealing and separation using galvanized sheets prevent water and moisture from penetrating other parts of the unit, ensuring the product’s durability and longevity.
The plant placement section is specially designed and equipped with a plastic pot and tray to prevent moisture from reaching other parts of the unit, while also making it easier to maintain and water the plants.
The aluminum frame, 30mm high, is designed to separate the planter section from the cabinet unit. This frame not only creates precise boundaries but also allows easy removal of the top section for cleaning and servicing.
Through-hole drilling on the vertical body parts of the unit is done at 32mm intervals, allowing the user to adjust the shelf heights as desired with steel pins, providing greater flexibility in organizing the internal space of the unit.
The handle material is made of aluminum and is available with either anodized or powder-coated finishes. In the hidden handle model, a silicone bumper strip is used, which not only adds a finer detail but also prevents noise from door collisions.
The sliding door mechanism consists of aluminum rails installed in the upper and lower grooves of the unit body, with rollers behind the door. This, along with the rail end brakes, ensures smooth and controlled opening and closing of the doors. Additionally, the door lock is mechanical, specifically designed for sliding doors.
Farazin products are safely packaged in custom cartons to protect them from any damage during transport. Inside the packaging, all necessary parts and hardware for assembly are provided along with the assembly instructions, allowing the user to easily install and prepare the product for use without the need for special tools or expertise. This packaging method ensures the safety of the product and makes the transportation and setup process much easier for the consumer.
