The panels and body are made from 16mm thick laminated MDF, with the laminate design selected by the client. The edges are covered with PVC strips, either 1 or 2mm thick. All cutting, edging, and machining processes are carried out by advanced, fully automated machinery to ensure the highest level of product quality.
The unit’s base is designed with an aluminum frame to enhance the product’s durability and prevent moisture penetration during floor cleaning, as well as damage caused by movement. The frame’s finish can be anodized or powder-coated according to the client’s preference, and resistant ABS feet are used beneath the frame to prevent scratches on the floor.
The protective screen panel is made of 6mm thick tempered glass. The glass edges are diamond-cut and polished, with a powder-coated finish and a protective film beneath the glass. The glass is available in a variety of colors, allowing the client to select their preferred color.
USB, HDMI, and other ports are provided based on the client’s needs, and a three-pin power outlet is included in the unit to easily connect the display and other equipment.
This product is offered without a display, allowing the client to select and install their preferred display. This provides complete freedom in choosing the size and type of display, ensuring it fits the specific requirements of each workspace.
Internal connections at the intersection of vertical and horizontal profiles are made using special steel plates and precise machining, along with strong steel Allen screws. The meticulousness of these hidden connections results from precise engineering and high-quality assembly operations, ensuring the strength and durability of the frame structure.
The structure finish can be either anodized or powder-coated, based on the client’s preference. Anodizing provides high corrosion resistance and a sleek, uniform appearance, while powder coating offers a wide range of colors and textures, creating a durable, even, and resistant surface.
By utilizing Farazin’s specialized cable and wire management solutions, the system allows for hidden routing of cables in all desk models. Each model has a dedicated cable management system to easily address the common issue of cable clutter in office environments.
Farazin products are packaged in custom, secure cartons to protect them from damage during transportation. Inside the packaging, all parts and hardware required for assembly are included, along with assembly instructions, so the user can easily set up the product without the need for specialized tools or expertise.
