The structure of the table is made from high-quality and durable aluminum. The profiles of this structure are produced through the extrusion process using standard 6063 alloy billets.
The corners are connected using die-cast aluminum jaws and steel screws, which are hidden. The structure is connected to the tabletop and other components using steel Allen screws, which are completely concealed and out of sight.
The table’s adjustable legs, with a diameter of 40mm, are designed with a coating similar to the structure. These legs are installed without the need for anchoring to the ground and are equipped with rubber pads that prevent the table from slipping and protect the floor surface.
The structure’s finish can be anodized or powder-coated, based on the client’s preference. Anodizing not only provides high resistance to corrosion but also gives the product a shiny and uniform appearance. In contrast, powder coating offers a wide variety of colors and textures, creating a durable, consistent, and resilient surface.
By utilizing Farazin’s exclusive cable management solutions, all table models provide a way to hide cables. Each model has its own system for cable routing, easily solving the common issue of tangled and cluttered wires in office environments.
The tabletop and body of the table are made of 16mm thick laminated MDF, and the laminate design is determined based on the client’s choice. The edges are covered with PVC strips, 1 or 2mm thick. All cutting, edge-banding, and machining processes are carried out by advanced and fully automated machinery to ensure the highest quality of the final product.
The tabletop can also be made from 10mm thick tempered glass. The edges of the glass are diamond-polished and glossy, with a furnace-baked color finish and a protective film underneath. The glass is available in two types: clear and polished or satin finish, with a variety of colors available for the client to choose from.
The tabletop can also feature a Veneer (natural wood) finish, and special coloring can be applied as per the client’s choice.
Farazin products are securely and uniquely packaged in cartons to prevent any damage during transportation. Inside the packaging, all necessary components and hardware for installation, along with assembly instructions, are provided so that users can easily assemble the product without the need for special tools or expertise.
