The body and panels are made of 16mm thick laminated MDF, with the laminate design chosen by the client. The edges are covered with PVC strips of 1 or 2 mm thickness. All cutting, edging, and machining processes are carried out using advanced, fully automated machinery to ensure the highest quality of the final product.
The unit’s base is designed as an aluminum frame to enhance the durability of the product and prevent moisture infiltration during floor cleaning and damage from relocation. The frame can be coated with an anodized or powder-coated finish, based on the client’s preference. The frame’s bottom is equipped with durable ABS feet to prevent scratches on the floor.
The body of the unit is drilled with a 32mm spacing for adjustable shelf placement. Steel pins are used to adjust the shelf height, offering greater flexibility for organizing the internal space of the unit.
The door handles can be selected by the client, either as surface-mounted or with a hidden design. The handles are made of aluminum and are available with either an anodized or powder-coated finish. The hidden handle model includes a silicone bumper strip that adds a finer detail and prevents door slamming noise.
If the product is selected without handles, the doors open using spring-loaded openers. Upon closing, the spring is activated by hand pressure, ensuring the door closes completely.
The cabinet doors are equipped with soft-close hinges designed with a 95-degree opening angle. These high-quality steel hinges are built for long-lasting durability, resistance to corrosion, and quiet operation over time.
The door lock is available in mechanical or digital options. The custom digital lock from Farazin is equipped with an RFID card and allows for multiple security access configurations. It also features a battery-low warning display, ensuring greater security and peace of mind. In emergency situations, the door can be unlocked using a mechanical key or by quickly charging through a Type-C port.
