The structure of the desk is made of high-quality, durable aluminum. The profiles of this structure are produced through an extrusion process using standard 6063 alloy billets.

The corners are connected using die-cast aluminum jaws and hidden steel screws. The structure is connected to the desk surface and other components using Allen steel screws, which are completely hidden and out of sight.

The desk’s adjustable legs are designed with a 40mm diameter and a finish similar to the structure. These legs are installed without the need to screw them into the floor and have a rubber base that prevents the desk from slipping and protects the floor surface.

The structure’s finish can be anodized or powder-coated according to the client’s choice. Anodizing provides high resistance to corrosion and gives the product a glossy and uniform appearance. On the other hand, powder coating offers a wide variety of colors and textures, providing a durable, uniform, and resistant surface.

By utilizing customized solutions from Farazin for cable management, it is possible to conceal cables in all desk models. Each model has a specific system for cable routing that easily addresses the common issue of cable clutter in office spaces.

The desk’s surface and body are made from laminated MDF with a thickness of 16mm, and the laminate design is chosen by the client. The edges are covered with 1 or 2mm PVC strips. All cutting, edging, and machining processes are carried out using advanced, fully automated machinery to ensure the highest product quality.

The desk surface can be made of 10mm thick tempered glass. The edges of the glass are diamond-cut, glossy, and coated with a kiln-finished color and a protective film beneath the glass. The glass is available in two models: clear and polished or satin-finish, and can be selected in a variety of colors by the client.

The desk surface can also be offered with a veneer (natural wood) finish, and the product’s special coloring can be done according to the client’s preference.

The desk’s drawer lock can be provided in mechanical or digital form, allowing all drawers to be locked or opened simultaneously. The proprietary Farazin digital lock is equipped with an RFID card that supports various security access levels. It also has a battery low warning display for added security and peace of mind. In case of emergencies, a mechanical key or fast charging via a Type-C port is available for opening and closing the drawers.

The door handles can be chosen by the client to be either exposed or with a hidden design. The handles are made of aluminum and are available with anodized or powder-coated finishes. In the hidden handle model, a silicone bumper strip is used, which not only adds a more refined detail but also prevents noise from the door’s impact.

The bottoms of the drawers are lined with felt-like fabric to enhance the user’s experience, and there is an option to add a special drawer for stationery and mobile devices.

The drawer rails are ball-bearing type with a 700mm depth and full extension. These rails are of high quality and long-lasting durability, ensuring smooth and silent movement of the drawers, so they can be opened and closed with minimal force and without noise.

Farazin products are packed securely in custom cartons to protect them from damage during transportation. Inside the packaging, all necessary parts and hardware for assembly, along with assembly instructions, are included so that users can easily assemble and set up the product without the need for special tools or expertise. This packaging method ensures the safety of the goods and makes the relocation and setup process much easier for the consumer.
