This building, recognized as one of the symbols of contemporary architecture in Tehran, was established in 1957 on Ferdowsi Street as one of the first chain stores in Iran. Its modern design, inspired by large American stores, introduced the concept of chain stores to Iran for the first time. After the revolution, the building was allocated to Bank Melli Iran and became one of the central buildings of this bank. In the reconstruction project, this building was transformed into vast modern workspaces, equipped with furniture and partitions made by Farazin, creating an environment suitable for the activities of around a thousand bank managers and human resources.
