The structure of the desk is made from high-quality and durable aluminum. The profiles of this structure are produced using the extrusion process from standard 6063 alloy billets.
Internal connections at the intersection of vertical and horizontal profiles are made using special steel plates and precise machining, along with strong steel Allen screws. The finesse of these hidden connections is the result of meticulous engineering and high-quality assembly operations, ensuring the strength and durability of the frame structure.
The structure’s coating can be chosen as anodized or powder-coated. Anodizing provides high resistance to corrosion and gives the product a glossy, uniform appearance. On the other hand, powder coating offers a wide variety of colors and textures, creating a durable, uniform surface.
By utilizing Farazin’s custom solutions for cable and wire management, these can be hidden in all desk models. Each model features a specific cable routing system that easily resolves the common problem of cable clutter in office spaces.
The desk panels and body are made from 16mm thick laminated MDF, with the laminate design selected by the client. The edges are covered with PVC strips of 1 or 2 mm thickness. All cutting, edge banding, and machining processes are carried out by advanced, fully automated machinery to ensure the highest quality of the final product.
The desk top can be made of 10mm thick tempered glass. The glass edges are diamond-cut and polished, with a powder-coated finish and a protective film underneath. The glass is available in two options: clear and glossy or satin-finish textures, with a wide range of colors available for selection by the client.
The desk surface can also be offered with a Veneer (natural wood) finish, and custom painting of the product is available based on the client’s preference.
Farazin products are carefully and securely packaged in cartons to protect them from damage during transport. Inside the packaging, all necessary components and hardware for assembly are included, along with easy-to-follow assembly instructions, allowing the user to install and prepare the product for use without the need for special tools or expertise. This packaging method not only guarantees the safety of the product but also makes the transportation and setup process much easier for the consumer.
