The desk frame is made of high-quality, durable aluminum. The profiles are produced through an extrusion process from standard 6063 alloy billets.

The internal connections at the intersections of the vertical and horizontal profiles are made using special steel plates and precision machining, along with strong steel Allen bolts. The elegance of these hidden connections results from precise engineering and high-quality assembly processes, ensuring the structure’s strength and durability.

The frame’s finish can be anodized or powder-coated, based on the customer’s preference. Anodizing offers high resistance to corrosion and gives the product a glossy, uniform appearance. On the other hand, powder coating offers a wide range of colors and textures, providing a durable, consistent, and resistant surface.

Thanks to Farazin’s specialized cable and wire management solutions, all desk models feature the ability to hide cables effectively. Each model is equipped with a specific system for cable routing, solving the common issue of tangled wires in office environments.

The desk surfaces and body are made of 16mm thick laminated MDF, with laminate patterns chosen by the client. The edges are covered with 1 or 2mm thick PVC strips. All cutting, edge-banding, and machining processes are carried out using advanced automated machinery, ensuring the highest quality of the final product.

The desk surface can be made from 10mm thick tempered glass. The glass edges are diamond polished, glossy, and feature a powder-coated finish with a protective film underneath. The glass is available in two models: clear and polished, or satin-finish, and can be selected in a wide range of colors by the client.

The desk surface can also be offered with a Veneer (natural wood) finish, with custom coloring options according to the client’s choice.

Farazin products are safely packaged in custom-designed cartons to protect them during transport. Inside the packaging, all the necessary parts and hardware for assembly are included, along with detailed assembly instructions, allowing users to easily install and set up the product without the need for special tools or expertise. This packaging method not only ensures product safety but also makes the process of transportation and installation much easier for the consumer.
