The structure of the desk is made from high-quality, durable aluminum. The profiles of this structure are produced using an extrusion process from standard 6063 alloy billets.
Internal connections at the intersection of vertical and horizontal profiles are made using special steel plates, precise machining, and reinforced steel Allen screws. The refinement of these hidden connections results from precise engineering and high-quality assembly processes, ensuring the strength and durability of the frame structure.
The structure’s coating can be anodized or powder-coated, depending on the choice. Anodizing provides high resistance to corrosion while giving the product a smooth, shiny appearance. On the other hand, powder coating offers a wide range of colors and textures, creating a durable, uniform, and resilient surface.
By utilizing exclusive Farazin solutions for cable management, all desk models provide the option to hide cables. Each model features a specific system for cable routing, addressing the common problem of cable clutter in office environments.
The desk tops and body are made from 16mm thick laminated MDF, with the laminate design determined by the customer’s choice. The edges are covered with 1 or 2 mm thick PVC strips. All cutting, edging, and machining processes are performed using advanced, fully automated machinery to guarantee the highest quality of the final product.
The desk top can be made from 10mm thick tempered glass. The edges of the glass are diamond-shaped, glossy, and coated with oven-baked paint, along with a protective film beneath the glass. The glass is available in two types: clear or polished, or satin texture, with a variety of colors available for selection by the customer.
The desk top can also be finished with a veneer (natural wood) surface, with special coloring options available according to the customer’s choice.
Farazin products are delivered in custom, secure packaging to protect them from any damage during transport. Inside the packaging, all necessary components and hardware for installation, along with assembly instructions, are provided, allowing the user to easily install and prepare the product for use without the need for special tools or expertise. This packaging method not only ensures the safety of the product but also makes the relocation and setup process much easier for the consumer.
