The body and panels are made of 16mm thick laminated MDF, with the laminate design selected by the client. The edges are covered with 1 or 2mm thick PVC strips. All cutting, edge-banding, and machining processes are carried out using advanced, fully automated machinery to ensure the highest quality of the final product.

The unit’s base is designed as an aluminum frame to enhance product durability and prevent moisture infiltration during floor cleaning or damage caused by movement. The frame can be finished with anodized coating or powder coating, according to the client’s preference. Under the frame, durable ABS feet are used to prevent scratches on the floor.

Below the plant compartment, 16mm thick PVC sheet is used, which is resistant to moisture and water. Additionally, a full sealing process is applied, and a galvanized sheet is used for separation, preventing water and moisture from reaching other parts of the unit, ensuring long-lasting durability.

The plant compartment is specially designed and includes a plastic pot and tray underneath, making it easier to maintain and water plants while also preventing moisture from leaking into other parts of the unit.

The aluminum frame, with a height of 30mm, is designed to separate the plant compartment from the rest of the cabinet unit. This frame not only creates precise separation but also allows easy removal of the top section for cleaning and servicing.

Universal drilling is done on the vertical bodies of the unit at 32mm intervals so that the user can adjust the height of the shelves using steel pins, providing more flexibility in organizing the interior space.

Door handles can be provided either externally or with a hidden design, according to the client’s preference. The handles are made from aluminum and are offered with anodized coating or powder coating. In the hidden handle model, a silicone bumper strip is used, creating a finer detail and preventing door collision noise.

If the product is selected without handles, the doors open using spring-based openers, and when closed, the spring is activated, ensuring the door closes completely with a push.

The cabinet door hinges are soft-close and designed with a 95-degree opening angle. These hinges are made from high-quality stainless steel, ensuring long-lasting durability, corrosion resistance, and silent operation over time.

The door lock can be provided in either mechanical or digital form. The exclusive digital lock from Farazin is equipped with RFID cards and allows various security access configurations. It also features a battery low warning display, providing extra security and peace of mind. In case of emergency, a mechanical key or fast charging via a Type-C port can be used for locking and unlocking the doors.

Farazin products come with special, secure packaging to prevent any damage during transportation. Inside the packaging, all necessary parts and hardware for assembly are included along with an installation manual, allowing the user to easily assemble and use the product without the need for specialized tools or expertise. This packaging method ensures the product’s safety during shipping and simplifies the installation and setup process for the consumer.
