The tabletop can be made from wood, stone, glass, or other materials, and the aluminum frame comes in a variety of colors. The structure is made of high-quality, durable aluminum. The profiles are produced using the extrusion process from standard 6063 alloy billets.
The corners are connected using hidden steel screws, and the structure is attached to the tabletop and other decorative components using specialized connectors. This design not only provides high strength and durability but also presents a clean look without any unnecessary details.
Resilient ABS legs are used under the frame to prevent scratches on the floor.
The structure’s finish can be anodized or powder-coated, depending on the choice. Anodizing provides high corrosion resistance and gives the product a glossy, uniform appearance. In contrast, the powder coating offers a wide variety of color options and textures, creating a durable, consistent, and resilient surface.
The tabletop and body of the desk are made from 16mm thick laminated MDF, with the laminate design selected by the client. The edges are covered with 1 or 2 mm PVC strips. All cutting, edging, and machining processes are performed with advanced automated machinery to ensure the highest quality of the final product.
The tabletop can be made from 10mm thick tempered glass. The glass edges are diamond-polished and glossy, with oven-baked color and a protective film under the glass. The glass is available in two models: transparent and polished or satin texture, with a wide variety of colors available for selection by the client.
The tabletop can also be provided with a veneer (natural wood) finish, and special coloring of the product can be done according to the client’s preference.
Products are packaged securely in custom cartons to protect them from any damage during transportation. The packaging contains all the necessary parts and hardware for installation, along with assembly instructions, enabling the user to easily install and set up the product without the need for any special tools or expertise. This packaging method ensures product safety and makes the relocation and setup process much easier for the consumer.
