The desk structure is made from high-quality and durable aluminum. The profiles of this structure are produced through the extrusion process using standard 6063 alloy billets.

The adjustable legs of the desk, with a diameter of 40 mm, are designed with a finish similar to the structure. These legs are installed without the need for screws into the ground and feature a rubber plate that prevents the desk from slipping and protects the floor surface.

The structure’s finish can be chosen between anodizing or powder coating. Anodizing not only provides high corrosion resistance but also gives the product a glossy and uniform appearance. On the other hand, powder coating offers a wide variety of colors and textures, providing a durable, even, and resilient surface.

By using custom solutions from Farazin for cable management, it is possible to hide cables in all desk models. Each model features a unique system for routing cables, easily addressing the common issue of cable clutter in office complexes.

The desk tops and bodies are made from 16mm thick laminated MDF, with the laminate design chosen by the client. The edges are covered with PVC strips, 1 or 2 mm thick. All cutting, edge-banding, and machining processes are carried out using advanced and fully automated machinery to ensure the highest product quality.

The desk top can be made of 10mm thick tempered glass. The edges of the glass are diamond-cut, glossy, with a powder-coated color and a protective film underneath the glass. The glass is available in two models: clear and polished or satin texture, with a variety of colors to be selected by the client.

The desk surface can also be provided with a veneer (natural wood) finish, with special coloring as per the client’s choice.

The drawer lock system can be offered in mechanical or digital versions, providing the option to lock and unlock all drawers simultaneously. The exclusive Farazin digital lock is equipped with an RFID card and allows for defining various security access levels. It also features a battery low alert display for added security and peace of mind. In emergencies, the mechanical key or quick charging through the Type-C port is available to unlock and lock the drawers.

The door handles can be provided according to the client’s preference, either surface-mounted or with a concealed design. The handles are made of aluminum and are available with either an anodized finish or powder coating. In the hidden handle model, a silicone bumper strip is used, which not only creates a more refined detail but also prevents door collision sounds.

The drawer bottoms are covered with felt-pattern fabric to create a better feel when using them. Additionally, there is an option to add a special drawer for stationery and mobile items.

The drawer rails are provided as concealed soft-close, full-extension rails. These high-quality rails ensure smooth, silent, and durable operation for the drawers.

The wheels installed under the unit are securely attached to the body with a steel plate and feature a locking brake to keep the unit stationary. The wheels are made of high-quality rubber to ensure silent and smooth movement across the floor, allowing for easy relocation of the unit without disturbance.

Farazin products are packaged securely and safely in cartons to prevent damage during transportation. Inside the packaging, all the necessary parts and hardware for assembly, along with the assembly instructions, are included, allowing the user to easily install and set up the product without the need for specialized tools or expertise. This packaging method not only guarantees the product’s safety but also simplifies the process of moving and setting up for the consumer.
