The table structure is made of high-quality, durable aluminum. The profiles of this structure are produced through an extrusion process from standard 6063 alloy billets.
The adjustable legs of the table, with a diameter of 40 mm, are designed with a coating similar to the structure. These legs are installed without the need for screws and feature rubber pads that prevent the table from slipping and protect the floor surface.
The structure’s coating can be either anodized or powder-coated, depending on the customer’s choice. Anodizing not only provides high resistance to corrosion but also gives the product a glossy, uniform appearance. On the other hand, powder coating offers a wide variety of color options and textures, creating a durable, uniform surface.
By utilizing Farazin’s proprietary cable management solutions, all table models are designed to hide cables efficiently. Each model has a dedicated cable routing system that easily solves the common issue of cable clutter in office environments.
The table’s top and body are made from 16 mm thick laminated MDF, with the laminate design chosen by the client. The edges are covered with 1 or 2 mm thick PVC strips. All cutting, edging, and machining processes are carried out using advanced, fully automated machinery to ensure the highest level of product quality.
The table top can be made from 10 mm thick tempered glass. The glass edges are diamond-shaped and glossy, with a powder-coated finish and a protective film under the glass. The glass is available in two models: clear and polished or satin-textured, and comes in a variety of colors, which can be selected by the client.
The table top can also be offered with a Veneer (natural wood) finish, and custom coloring is available according to the client’s preferences.
Farazin’s products are securely and safely packaged in custom cartons to protect them from damage during transportation. Inside the packaging, all necessary components and hardware for installation, along with assembly instructions, are included, allowing users to easily assemble the product without the need for special tools or expertise. This packaging method not only guarantees the safety of the product but also makes the relocation and setup process much easier for the customer.
