The structure of the desk is made of high-quality and durable aluminum. The profiles of this structure are produced through the extrusion process from standard 6063 alloy billets.

The corner connections are made using die-cast aluminum jaws and hidden steel screws. The connection of the structure to the surface and other components of the desk is done using hidden steel Allen screws, which are completely concealed and out of sight.

The structure coating can be chosen to be either anodized or powder-coated. Anodizing not only provides high resistance to corrosion but also gives the product a glossy and uniform appearance. On the other hand, powder coating offers a wide range of color and texture options, creating a resistant, consistent, and durable surface.

The desk surface and body are made of 16mm laminated MDF, with the laminate design chosen by the client. The edges are also covered with PVC edge banding of 1 or 2 millimeters in thickness. All cutting, edge banding, and machining processes are carried out using advanced, fully automated machinery to ensure the highest quality of the final product.

The desk surface can be made from 10mm tempered glass. The glass edges are diamond polished and glossy, with a powder-coated finish and a protective film underneath the glass. The glass can be selected in two models: clear and polished, or satin finish, with a wide range of colors available for the client to choose from.

The desk surface can also be provided with a Veneer (natural wood) finish, and custom coloring can be done according to the client’s preferences.

The cabinet door hinges are of the soft-closing type and designed with a 95-degree opening angle. These high-quality stainless steel hinges are made to ensure long durability, corrosion resistance, and noiseless performance over time.

The door handles can be chosen by the client to be either exposed or concealed. The handle material is made of aluminum and is available with either an anodized or powder-coated finish. In the concealed handle model, a silicone bumper strip is used, which not only creates a finer detail but also prevents door impact noise.

The casters installed underneath the unit are securely attached to the body with a steel plate and feature brake locks to keep the unit stable. The wheels are made of high-quality rubber, ensuring smooth and silent movement on the floor, allowing easy relocation of the unit without causing any disturbance.

Farazin products are delivered in secure custom packaging to protect them from any damage during transport. Inside the packaging, all the necessary parts and hardware for assembly, along with assembly instructions, are provided so that users can easily assemble and prepare the product for use without requiring special tools or expertise. This packaging method not only ensures the safety of the product but also makes the process of handling and installation much easier for the consumer.
