The panels and body are made of 16mm thick laminated MDF, with the laminate design chosen by the customer. The edges are covered with 1 or 2mm thick PVC edging. All cutting, edging, and machining processes are carried out using advanced fully automated machinery to ensure the highest quality of the final product.
The unit’s base is designed with an aluminum frame to enhance the durability of the product and prevent moisture penetration during floor cleaning and damage during handling. The frame coating can be selected by the customer in either anodized or powder-coated finish, and ABS feet are used underneath the frame to prevent scratches on the floor.
The vertical body panels of the unit are drilled with 32mm spacing to allow the user to adjust the shelf heights as needed using steel pins, providing greater flexibility in organizing the unit’s interior space.
The handle material is made of aluminum and is available with either anodized or powder-coated finish. In the hidden handle model, a silicone bumper strip is used, which not only provides a more refined detail but also prevents door impact noise.
The sliding door mechanism consists of aluminum rails installed in the upper and lower grooves of the unit body, and the rollers behind the door ensure smooth and controlled opening and closing. The rail ends are equipped with a brake system to guarantee controlled door movement. Additionally, the door lock is a mechanical push lock specifically designed for sliding doors.
Farazin products are securely packaged in custom-designed cartons to protect against any damage during transportation. Inside the packaging, all necessary components and hardware for installation, along with assembly instructions, are provided so that the user can easily install and prepare the product for use without the need for special tools or expertise. This packaging method ensures the safety of the product and simplifies the transportation and setup process for the consumer.
