The desk structure is made of high-quality, durable aluminum. The profiles of this structure are produced through an extrusion process from standard 6063 alloy billets.
The corner connections are made using die-cast aluminum jaws and hidden steel screws. The structure is connected to the tabletop and other components using steel Allen screws, which are completely concealed and out of sight.
The adjustable feet of the desk are designed with a 40mm diameter and a finish similar to the structure. These feet are installed without the need for screwing into the ground and have rubber pads that prevent the desk from slipping and protect the floor surface.
The structure coating can be either anodized or powder-coated, depending on the choice. Anodizing not only provides high resistance to corrosion but also gives the product a glossy and uniform appearance. On the other hand, powder coating offers a wide variety of color and texture options, creating a durable, uniform, and resilient surface.
By utilizing Farazin’s proprietary cable management solutions, the possibility of concealing cables in all desk models is provided. Each model has a specific system for cable routing, which easily resolves the common issue of cable clutter and tangling in office complexes.
The desk’s surfaces and body are made from 16mm thick laminated MDF, with the laminate design being chosen by the client. The edges are covered with 1 or 2mm thick PVC edging. All cutting, edging, and machining processes are carried out by advanced, fully automated machinery to ensure the highest quality of the final product.
The tabletop can be made of 10mm thick tempered glass. The glass edges are diamond-shaped and glossy, and come with oven-baked paint and a protective film beneath the glass. The glass is available in two finishes: clear and polished or satin-textured, and can be chosen in a wide range of colors by the client.
The desk surface can also be offered with a veneer (natural wood) finish, and the product’s color can be customized based on the client’s choice.
Farazin products are securely packaged in custom cartons to protect them from any damage during transportation. Inside the packaging, all parts and hardware needed for assembly, along with an assembly instruction manual, are provided so that users can easily install and set up the product without requiring special tools or expertise. This packaging method not only ensures the product’s safety but also makes the moving and setup process much easier for the consumer.
