The table structure is made of high-quality, durable aluminum. The profiles of this structure are produced through an extrusion process from standard 6063 alloy billets.

Internal connections at the intersection of vertical and horizontal profiles are made using die-cast aluminum connectors and robust steel Allen screws. These connections ensure a clean and precise appearance while guaranteeing the strength and durability of the frame structure.

The frame’s finish can be anodized or powder-coated, depending on the customer’s choice. Anodizing provides high corrosion resistance and gives the product a shiny, uniform appearance. On the other hand, powder coating offers a wide range of colors and textures, creating a resistant, uniform, and durable surface.

By utilizing custom cable management solutions, Farazin ensures that cables can be hidden in all table models. Each model has a dedicated cable routing system that easily solves the common issue of cable clutter in office environments.

The table’s panels and body are made of 16mm thick laminated MDF, with the laminate design selected by the customer. The edges are covered with 1 or 2mm thick PVC strips. All cutting, edging, and machining processes are carried out using advanced, fully automated machinery to ensure the highest quality of the final product.

The tabletop can be made from 10mm thick tempered glass. The glass edges are diamond-cut and glossy, with a powder-coated color and a protective film underneath. The glass is available in two options: clear and polished or satin texture, with a wide range of colors available for customer selection.

The table surface can also be offered with a Veneer (natural wood) finish, and special coloring can be done based on the customer’s choice.

Farazin products are delivered in custom, secure packaging to protect them from damage during transportation. Inside the packaging, all parts and necessary hardware for assembly, along with assembly instructions, are included, allowing users to easily set up the product without any special tools or expertise. This packaging method not only ensures product safety but also makes the process of moving and setting up much easier for the consumer.
