The desk structure is made from high-quality, durable aluminum. The profiles of this structure are produced using the extrusion process and from standard 6063 alloy billets.
Internal connections at the intersection of vertical and horizontal profiles are made using die-cast aluminum connectors and robust steel Allen screws. These connections not only create a clean and precise appearance but also ensure the strength and durability of the structure.
The frame coating can be chosen to be anodized or powder-coated. Anodizing not only provides high resistance to corrosion but also gives the product a smooth and glossy appearance. In contrast, powder coating offers a wide range of colors and textures, providing a resistant, uniform, and durable surface.
Using exclusive cable and wire management solutions from Farazin, all desk models offer the ability to hide cables easily. Each model has a specific system for routing cables, effectively addressing the common problem of cable clutter and tangling in office environments.
The desk tops and body are made of 16mm thick laminated MDF, and the laminate design is selected by the client. The edges are covered with 1 or 2 mm thick PVC strips. All cutting, edge-banding, and machining processes are carried out with advanced, fully automated machinery to ensure the highest quality of the final product.
The desk top can be made from 10mm thick tempered glass. The edges of the glass are diamond-polished and glossy, and it comes with a powder-coated color and protective film underneath. The glass is available in two models: clear or polished, and satin finish, with a wide range of colors available for the client to choose from.
The desk top can also be provided with a veneer (natural wood) finish, and the product can be specially colored according to the client’s selection.
Farazin products are securely packaged in custom-designed cartons to protect them from any damage during transport. Inside the package, all required components and hardware for assembly, along with the assembly instructions, are provided so the user can easily install and prepare the product for use without the need for special tools or expertise. This packaging method not only ensures the safety of the product but also makes the handling and setup process much easier for the consumer.
