The table structure is made from high-quality, durable aluminum. The profiles of this structure are produced using an extrusion process from standard 6063 alloy billets.
Internal connections at the junctions of the vertical and horizontal profiles are made using die-cast aluminum connectors and reinforced steel Allen screws. These connections not only create a clean and precise appearance but also ensure the strength and durability of the frame structure.
The structure’s finish can be either anodized or powder-coated, according to the client’s preference. Anodizing provides high resistance to corrosion and a smooth, glossy finish. On the other hand, powder coating offers a wide variety of colors and textures, creating a resilient, even, and durable surface.
With Farazin’s exclusive cable management solutions, all table models feature a system that allows for the concealment of cables. Each model has a dedicated cable routing system to effectively resolve the common problem of cable clutter in office spaces.
The table’s top and body are made from 16mm thick laminated MDF, with the laminate design selected by the client. The edges are covered with 1mm or 2mm thick PVC strips. All cutting, edge-banding, and machining processes are carried out using advanced fully automated machinery to ensure the highest quality of the final product.
The table top can be made of 10mm thick tempered glass. The glass edges are diamond-cut and polished, and it is finished with an oven-baked coating and a protective film beneath. The glass is available in two options: clear and smooth or satin texture, with a wide range of colors to choose from.
The table top can also be finished with a veneer (natural wood) layer, and custom coloring is available based on the client’s selection.
Acoustic dividers are designed with a thickness of 45mm and a felt-like fabric finish, providing sound absorption and wave control within the panel. The fibers and foams used in these panels reduce noise and control sound reflection time in the environment, while being completely safe and free of health risks.
Farazin products are packaged in custom, secure cartons to protect against any damage during transportation. The packaging contains all the necessary components and hardware for assembly, along with easy-to-follow assembly instructions, enabling users to install the product effortlessly without requiring specialized tools or expertise. This packaging method ensures the safety of the product and makes the transportation and setup process much easier for the consumer.
