The desk structure is made of high-quality, durable aluminum. The profiles of this structure are produced through an extrusion process using standard 6063 alloy billets.
Internal connections at the junctions of vertical and horizontal profiles are made with special steel plates and precise machining, accompanied by sturdy steel Allen bolts. The sophistication of these hidden connections is the result of precise engineering and high-quality assembly operations, ensuring the strength and durability of the frame structure.
The frame coating can be either anodized or powder-coated, depending on the choice. Anodizing provides high corrosion resistance and gives the product a shiny and uniform appearance. In contrast, powder coating offers a wide variety of colors and textures, providing a durable, uniform, and resistant surface.
With customized cable management solutions from Farazin, all desk models offer the option to hide cables. Each model has a specific system for cable routing, easily solving the common issue of tangled and cluttered cables in office spaces.
The desk top and body are made of 16mm thick laminated MDF, with the laminate design chosen by the client. The edges are covered with 1 or 2mm thick PVC strips. All cutting, edge banding, and machining processes are carried out using advanced, fully automated machinery to ensure the highest quality of the final product.
The desk top can be made of 10mm thick tempered glass. The edges of the glass are diamond polished and glossy, with oven-baked paint and a protective film under the glass. The glass is available in clear or satin finish options, with a wide range of colors available for client selection.
The desk top can also be provided with a Veneer (natural wood) finish, and special coloring can be applied according to the client’s preference.
Farazin products are packaged securely in custom packaging to protect them from damage during transportation. Inside the package, all parts and hardware required for assembly, along with an assembly manual, are included so the user can easily set up the product without special tools or expertise. This packaging method ensures product safety and makes the installation process much easier for the consumer.
