The desk frame is made of high-quality, durable aluminum. The profiles of this frame are produced through an extrusion process using standard 6063 alloy billets.
Internal connections at the junctions of vertical and horizontal profiles are made with special steel plates and precise machining, along with strong steel Allen bolts. The finesse of these hidden connections results from precise engineering and high-quality assembly, ensuring the strength and durability of the frame structure.
The frame coating can be anodized or powder-coated based on the selection. Anodizing provides high corrosion resistance and gives the product a shiny, uniform appearance. On the other hand, powder coating offers a wide variety of colors and textures, creating a resistant, uniform, and durable surface.
Using Farazin’s proprietary cable management solutions, all desk models are equipped to conceal cables. Each model features a specific system for routing cables, effectively solving the common issue of cluttered and tangled wires in office environments.
The desk top and body are made from 16mm thick laminated MDF, with the laminate design selected by the client. The edges are covered with 1 or 2mm thick PVC strips. All cutting, edge banding, and machining processes are performed using advanced, fully automated machinery to ensure the highest product quality.
The desk top can be made of 10mm thick tempered glass. The glass edges are diamond-cut and glossy, with an oven-baked paint finish and a protective film beneath the glass. The glass is available in two versions: transparent and polished or satin textured, with a variety of color options chosen by the client.
The desk top can also be offered with a veneer (natural wood) finish, and the product’s special coloring can be customized according to the client’s preference.
Farazin products are securely packaged in custom boxes to protect them from damage during transport. Inside the packaging, all parts and hardware required for assembly are included, along with an assembly manual, so the user can easily set up the product without needing specialized tools or expertise. This packaging method not only ensures the safety of the product but also makes the relocation and installation process much easier for the consumer.
