The structure is made from high-quality and durable aluminum. The profiles of this structure are produced through an extrusion process using standard 6063 alloy billets.

Internal connections at the intersection of vertical and horizontal profiles are made using die-cast aluminum connectors and strong steel Allen screws. These connections not only provide a clean and precise appearance but also ensure the strength and durability of the frame.

The frame’s coating can be anodized or powder-coated based on the user’s choice. Anodizing not only provides high corrosion resistance but also gives the product a glossy and uniform appearance. On the other hand, powder coating offers a wide variety of colors and textures, creating a resistant, smooth, and durable surface.

The writing board is made from 6mm thick tempered glass, with diamond-polished edges. The glass is coated with durable kiln paint and features a protective film under the glass, along with a metal backing sheet to allow the use of magnets on the glass surface. Additionally, the boards are available in a wide range of colors, and the selection is made based on the client’s preferences and needs.

The panels and body are made of 16mm thick laminated MDF, with the laminate design selected by the client. The edges are covered with 1 or 2mm thick PVC strips. All cutting, edging, and machining processes are done with advanced, fully automated machinery to ensure the highest quality of the final product.

The unit is equipped with high-weight capacity wheels that include locking brakes to keep the unit stationary. The wheels are made from high-quality rubber, ensuring silent and smooth movement, and easy relocation without causing disturbances.

Products from Farazin are packaged securely in custom packaging to prevent any damage during transportation. Inside the package, all necessary parts and hardware for assembly, along with assembly instructions, are provided so the user can easily set up the product without requiring any special tools or expertise. This packaging method ensures the safety of the product and makes the transportation and setup process much easier for the consumer.
