The panels and body are made of 16mm thick laminated MDF, with the laminate design chosen by the client. The edges are covered with 1 or 2mm thick PVC strips. All cutting, edge banding, and machining processes are carried out using advanced fully automated machinery to ensure the highest quality of the final product.
The unit’s base is designed with an aluminum frame to enhance the product’s durability and prevent moisture infiltration during floor cleaning and damage from relocation. The frame’s finish can be chosen by the client in anodized or powder-coated options, and durable ABS feet are used under the frame to prevent floor scratches.
Universal perforations on the vertical panels of the unit are made at 32mm intervals, allowing users to adjust the height of the shelves according to their needs, offering greater flexibility in organizing the unit’s interior space.
The glass doors with aluminum frames feature a sleek design, with the frame finished in anodized or powder-coated coating. The glass panels are 4mm thick and tempered. These doors can be chosen in transparent, smoky, colored (with the option to be turned into a magnetic board), or satin finishes. Behind the frame, where the door meets the unit, a silicone bumper strip is added to prevent noise from the door’s contact.
The doors are opened using spring openers, and when closed, the spring activates with a push of the hand, ensuring the door closes completely.
The cabinet door hinges are soft-close, designed with a 95-degree opening angle. These hinges are made of high-quality stainless steel to guarantee long-lasting durability, corrosion resistance, and silent performance over time.
