The aluminum base frame is a standard detail of Farazin products, ensuring the cabinet’s durability and strength. The interior shelves are adjustable, allowing users to set their preferred height and optimize the internal space according to the size and type of items.

The body and panels are made of laminated MDF with a thickness of 16 mm, and the laminate design will be determined according to the client’s choice. The edges are covered with 1 or 2 mm thick PVC strips. All cutting, edging, and machining processes are carried out using advanced, fully automatic machinery to ensure the highest quality of the final product.
The unit’s base is designed with an aluminum frame to increase the product’s durability and prevent moisture penetration during floor cleaning or damage during transportation. The frame coating can be provided in anodized or powder-coated finishes, as per the client’s preference. Additionally, durable ABS feet are used under the frame to prevent scratches on the floor.
Through-hole drilling is performed on the vertical panels of the unit at 32 mm intervals, allowing the user to adjust the height of the shelves according to their needs using steel pins. This provides greater flexibility in organizing the internal space of the unit.
The door handles can be provided in either surface-mounted or hidden designs according to the client’s choice. The handles are made of aluminum and are available in anodized or powder-coated finishes. In the hidden handle design, a silicone bumper strip is used, which not only provides a more refined detail but also prevents door collisions from creating noise.
If the product is chosen without handles, the doors open using spring-operated openers. When closing, the spring is activated by pressing the door, ensuring a full closure.
The cabinet door hinges are soft-close type, designed with a 95-degree opening angle. These high-quality stainless steel hinges are designed for long durability, resistance to corrosion, and silent operation over time.
The door lock can be provided either mechanically or digitally. The exclusive digital lock by Farazin features an RFID card with the ability to define various security access levels, providing greater security and assurance. It also includes a battery warning display. In emergency situations, mechanical keys or rapid charging via the Type-C port are available to open and close the doors.
Farazin products are securely packaged in custom cartons to prevent damage during transportation. Inside the packaging, all necessary components and hardware for installation are included, along with assembly instructions, enabling the user to easily set up the product without any specialized tools or expertise. This packaging method ensures the safety of the product and makes the handling and setup process much easier for the consumer.
