The shelves are designed to be movable, allowing for adjustable height according to the user’s needs. The shelves and body are made from 16mm thick laminated MDF, with the laminate design chosen by the client. The edges are covered with 1 or 2mm thick PVC strips. All cutting, edging, and machining processes are carried out using advanced, fully automated machinery to ensure the highest quality of the final product.
The unit’s base is designed with an aluminum frame to enhance the product’s durability and protect it from moisture infiltration during floor cleaning and damage from movement. The frame’s coating can be chosen by the client in either anodized or powder-coated finishes. Additionally, the frame features resistant ABS feet to prevent scratching the floor.
Through-holes are drilled on the unit’s vertical bodies at 32mm intervals, allowing the user to adjust the shelf height as desired using steel pins, providing greater flexibility in organizing the unit’s interior space.
Farazin’s products are safely packaged in custom-designed cartons to protect them from damage during transportation. Inside the packaging, all necessary parts and hardware for assembly, along with the assembly instructions, are included, allowing the user to easily assemble and set up the product without requiring special tools or expertise. This packaging method ensures the safety of the product and makes the process of moving and setting up much easier for the consumer.
