The structure of the table is made from high-quality, durable aluminum. The profiles of this structure are produced using the extrusion process from standard 6063 alloy billets.
The corners are connected using die-cast aluminum clamps and hidden steel screws. The connection between the structure and the tabletop and other components is done using steel Allen screws, which are completely concealed.
The surface finish of the structure can be anodized or powder-coated based on the customer’s choice. Anodizing provides high resistance to corrosion, giving the product a glossy and uniform appearance. On the other hand, powder coating offers a wide variety of colors and textures, creating a durable, uniform, and long-lasting surface.
The tabletop and body are made of 16mm thick laminated MDF, with the laminate design chosen according to the customer’s preference. The edges are covered with PVC strips of 1 or 2mm thickness. All cutting, edge-banding, and machining processes are carried out by advanced, fully automated machinery to ensure the highest quality.
The tabletop can be made from 10mm thick tempered glass. The edges of the glass are diamond-cut and glossy, with kiln-firing and a protective film applied underneath the glass. The glass is available in two models: clear and polished or satin finish, and can be selected in a wide range of colors.
The tabletop can also be provided with a veneer (natural wood) finish, and special coloring can be done according to the customer’s choice.
